Letters to my Daughters | August

My dear Abbie,

I cannot even believe you are starting preschool in 2 days! I will miss you so much! It will be weird to not have you with me all the time 😉 but I know you will have an AMAZING time learning and playing and making new friends. I can tell you are nervous. You are newly attached to your stuffed lamb named “lambie” and I think this attachment stems from you feeling anxious. But I know you will do great and I hope you love school. You are obsessed with school buses and I have to explain to you over and over that you don’t get to ride a bus until you start kindergarten when you’re 5 🙂

We have been going to story time at the library and it’s so fun to see you be more and more independent… you will go up to the front on your own to play a game with the other kids and you love belting out the songs, which cracks me up 🙂

I love you soooooo much and I can’t wait to see how much you learn and grow in school!
xoxo
